2. Eligibility to Work in the United Kingdom
All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the United Kingdom before applying for positions advertised by Flying Tots Childcare.
Applicants will be required to provide satisfactory evidence of their identity and right to work in accordance with current UK legislation before any engagement can commence.
3. Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship
Flying Tots Childcare does not provide, arrange or facilitate Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
Applications requiring sponsorship will only be considered where an individual client has independently agreed, in advance, to undertake all sponsorship obligations, legal responsibilities and associated costs directly. Such arrangements are entirely at the client’s discretion and do not form part of the services provided by Flying Tots Childcare.
4. Safer Recruitment
Protecting children is central to everything we do. Depending on the nature of the role, applicants may be required to provide satisfactory evidence of:
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- Identity verification.
- Right to Work documentation.
- Relevant childcare qualifications where applicable.
- Employment and/or character references.
- Employment history verification.
- Professional interview assessment.
- Any additional safeguarding or compliance checks considered appropriate for the role.
Successful completion of the recruitment process does not guarantee an offer of work.
5. Selection Process
Our recruitment process may include:
- Application review.
- Initial screening.
- Video or telephone interview.
- Verification of references and supporting documentation.
- Client introduction or interview where appropriate.
- Trial period or assessment where applicable.
- Final confirmation before placement.
Each vacancy is assessed individually according to the client’s specific requirements, experience sought, location, availability and suitability.
