Flying Tots knows the importance of responsibility when caring for children. The emphasis is to promote a work/home life balance for our clients, thus ensuring personal care and attention are brought to the child day and night without strain or worry.
We understand how difficult it can be to employ a nanny under a shift work pattern. Flying Tots thrives on choosing only the best-suited match for a family. Therefore, nannies quickly become positive role models to the children they care for, trusted parts of the family, and most valued employees.
All nannies are handpicked at Flying Tots. We adopt a professional relationship, encourage honesty, respect discretion, and accentuate loyalty when assigned to a family. It strengthens our nannies, stimulating a healthy rapport and positive communication, hence high-quality service. In turn, Flying Tots delivers excellent customer service, building a comprehensive knowledge and awareness of the nannies, ensuring complete peace of mind to parents.
Live-in Nannies
Flying Tots live-in nannies are highly experienced in sole care for a single child or a number of children who live in the comfort of the family home. It means that you as a parent need not worry about safety and protection, homecare, and well-being whilst away from home as they become an integral part of the family. The nanny is provided with a private room which adjoins a bathroom. Additional babysitting is expected to be offered and often negotiated depending on the family.
Live-out Nannies
Our High Calibre live-out nannies travel to the family home daily and usually work up to 12 hours. They are responsible for the safety and security of your child when out of the family home. It involves drop-offs and pick-ups from school and sports activities, adopting complete vigilance. We ensure that all nannies are not too distant from the family home so that punctual arrival secures your safe departure to work.
Part-time /Rota Nannies
A typical Part-time nanny shift can vary considerably from 6-12 hours or 2 -4 days per week, depending on each family and how the nanny can work around their busy, important work schedule. It can also be a morning or afternoon shift, even on weekends! Whichever the plan, Flying Tots will ensure “ad hoc” flexibility.
The rota nanny is equivalent to a “round-the-clock” care 24-hour, seven-day-a-week live-in nanny at the family home. The responsibilities of the children cared for are consistently monitored with careful vigilance. The positive aspect of a rota nanny is that it is beneficial to share the burden with a replacement nanny during shifts.
Full-time Nannies
A full-time nanny can be live-in or live-out, usually 5-6 days per week. Some families may also request an evening of babysitting to be included; however, this can be discussed and negotiated with Flying Tots as an additional requirement.
Babysitters
Flying Tots babysitters have an excellent knowledge of experience and are ideal for temporary or emergency childcare cover for a short period in the evening at the family home. However, a Flying Tots babysitter can also be readily available for at least four hours during the day should they be required at various venues at other locations.
