Missed Course Date Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, due to limited course spaces and preparation involved, the following policy applies to all Flying Tots training bookings:

If You Miss Your Booked Course:

  • No Refunds will be given for missed courses. Your payment or deposit secures your place and is non-refundable.
  • We may offer one rebooking opportunity at our discretion, subject to availability and a £15 admin fee to cover rescheduling and materials.
  • Notice Required: If you cannot attend the course, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the start time. Late notifications or no-shows may forfeit your chance to rebook.
  • Emergency Situations: If your absence is due to a verified emergency (e.g. illness, bereavement), we may waive the rebooking fee upon receipt of valid documentation within 3 days of the missed course.

Rebooking Timeframe:

  • You must attend a new course date within 3 months of your original booking.
  • After this period, a new complete booking and payment will be required.

  • Rebooking is not guaranteed and is subject to course availability.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your eligibility for future bookings or discounts.

🔁 Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Flying Tots Childcare, we aim to be fair and transparent while ensuring the’ quality and smooth running of all training sessions. Please review the following terms if you need to cancel or are running late:


Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled course date to avoid losing your place.
  • If you cancel within 3 days of the course, your payment or deposit will be non-refundable.
  • We may offer one opportunity to reschedule your booking with a £15 admin fee, subject to availability.
  • Emergency cancellations (e.g. illness, family emergency) must be supported with evidence and submitted within 3 days of the course date to be considered for fee waivers.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the course start time.
  • Learners who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted, as late entry disrupts the session and may impact certification requirements.
  • In such cases, the session may be considered missed, and the same rebooking policy and admin fee will apply.📩 Communication
