Learners cannot engage in direct childcare activities with minors until their DBS check has been completed and cleared.

Timeline for Decision-Making
Flying Tots offers a 14-day Cooling-Off Period for learners to reconsider their decision to proceed with training after their DBS check has cleared. If learners discontinue the training, they must submit a written request to info@flyingtots.co.uk within these fourteen day
Refund Policy:
In the event that a learner decides to discontinue the training program, whether or not their DBS check has been cleared, you may be eligible for a partial refund at Flying Tots’ discretion based on administrative time and services already rendered by Flying Tots.
DBS Check Failure: If a learner fails their DBS check, they will be eligible for a full refund of the training course fee, less the cost of the DBS check.
The deduction for the course package will be based on the extent of use or benefit derived from the training materials and administrative services provided during the course.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
